The vibe is beachy, youthful, bright & happy, with touches of Hawai'i splashed throughout. SoHa Living is a stylish store specializing in gifts and home decor. You will find everything from made-in Hawaii pieces to an amazing assortment of hard-to-find gifts. We offer decorative accents, linens, gourmet foods, jewelry, artwork, shells, and anything that epitomizes the beach lifestyle. Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right products, deliver excellent service, and contribute to store success. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are inspirational, accountable, transparent, disciplined, intentional, result Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers * Provide product info and recommendations * Process sales transactions accurately * Keep the store clean and organized * Monitor inventory and restock as needed * Stay updated on products and trends * Resolve customer inquiries * Help achieve store sales targets Qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized * Basic sales techniques and math skills * Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Requirements: * Must be 16 years or older * No prior experience needed (retail experience is a plus) * Reliable transportation * Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 45 lbs * Flexible Hours (opening and closing) & Days (weekdays and weekends) or * Both open and closing shifts, Holidays is a must.
