Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service as a single point of contact to prospective customers on an appointment only basis. - Answer inquiries, provide information, and assist with any questions related to our inventory of used electric vehicles. - Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Tesla vehicles to guide customers through the buying process, including explaining vehicle features, specifications, and options. - Conduct test drives with potential customers, highlighting the unique qualities and benefits of each electric vehicle. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our inventory, including detailed knowledge of each vehicle's history, features, pricing, and comparables. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the EV industry, including emerging models and technologies from various manufacturers. - Educate customers on the advantages of electric vehicles, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and charging infrastructure. - Assist customers in obtaining financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases, including Report of Sales and titling paperwork. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and seamless buying experience. Our current 5-star rating is expected to be upheld. Requirements: - IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF TESLAS IN MANDATORY. Including intimate knowledge of the differences between trims, battery capacities, exterior/interior updates, etc. - Proven experience in customer service and sales. Experience in the automotive industry is not required. - Familiarity with other electric vehicle brands is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work fast paced and assist customers in a timely fashion. - Demonstrated passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation. - Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and related technologies. - Proficiency in using DMS/CRM systems and other sales tools. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
