Job Summary: As an Account Executive, your role is to support our solar dealer network in selling our products. You'll ensure dealers have the needed resources and tools. We're looking for someone with great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Job Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain solar dealer accounts, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date * Build and maintain strong relationships with sales dealers, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering open lines of communication. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide effective support and collaboration. * Resolve issues between sales dealers and the company, addressing concerns and complaints. * Collaborate with internal teams for solutions and deliver outstanding customer service to uphold strong relationships and ensure satisfaction * Assist in the development of sales training materials and product literature for our solar dealers * Resolve project issues that prevent deal progression * Identify projects out of SLA and take timely action to get them back on track * Familiarity with sales and CRM software programs * Organized, focused on deadlines and deliverables, self-motivated * Other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years' of Solar experience * Minimum of 2 years' solar project management experience * Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience * Understanding of solar sales, and builder product sales process * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders * Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of commissioning technicians * Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements Equal Opportunity Employer that values workplace diversity.
