About the role: Keep the day-to-day moving smoothly as the primary liaison between top agent and his team of escrow officer, stager, contractor, handyman, painter, transaction coordinator, etc * Help drive longer term internal projects & business goals * Manage the process & calendar for each listing from disclosures to closing * Create marketing presentations and supporting materials * Work with forms, contracts and other sensitive, detailed documents * Update project calendar, websites, contacts, expense sheets, statistics * Manage trades & drive property preparation for each listing * Make regular site visits, occasionally show property, prepare for and hold brokers tours * Communicate proactively and effectively orally and in writing * About You: You pick up balls before they drop - making those around you breathe a sigh of relief that you are in charge. You are solution oriented as curve balls and unexpected challenges arise. You always maintain a client-centered, professional attitude. You don't want to be in an office all day and enjoy getting out in and around the various neighborhoods of the City in which we work. You have a sense of humor! You can handle and thrive under pressure. You pick up on things quickly, are self-motivated and work well independently. * Requirements: Seasonally Full-time Independent Contractor position - at times weekends and evenings will be required. * Some flexibility - occasional evening work required * 2+ years experience in a real estate or similarly fast-paced industry * Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree * Excellent written & oral communication * Integrity and professionalism * Strong computer/technical skills -easy to learn new programs & software * Strong editing skills; high attention to detail in composing, typing, reviewing and proofing materials * Can effectively organize, prioritize & juggle multiple tasks simultaneously * Can shift focus often and yet manage priorities with ease & grace * Excellent time-management skills * Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision * Lives in SF, has reliable car with valid CA license and insurance, and cell phone for daily use * MSOffice / Windows and Mac * Non-Disclosure Agreement to be executed with Independent Contractor Agreement * Favor given to candidates with:* Real estate license & experience HTML/Graphic design and/or other technology experience Marketing and/or Project Management experience * Compensation:* Depending on experience Performance-based bonus yearly Commission potential * Additional Information Position is part-time and requires willingness to work as an independent contractor.
