Bilingual Retail Sales Associate (Somali) Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Somali with strong technological skills, proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, and have prior experience working with beer products. Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients in selecting products and offering knowledgeable advice on restaurant supplies, with a specialization in beer-related products. * Manage POS transactions efficiently and accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandise is attractively displayed. * Utilize technology and software systems effectively, including Excel and other spreadsheet applications, to track inventory, sales, and customer information. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and promotions to effectively engage with customers and drive sales. Requirements: * Fluency in both English and Somali with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in technology, including experience with POS systems and the ability to adapt to new software quickly. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. * Demonstrated expertise in Excel and spreadsheet management. * Prior experience working with beer products or within the beverage industry is preferred. * Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
