Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting with sales and product demonstrations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Maintain knowledge of store products to effectively assist customers with inquiries. * Utilize POS systems for processing sales and managing inventory. * Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. * Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. * Experience with cash registers and retail sales processes. * Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * Ability to perform product demos effectively, showcasing features that meet customer needs. * Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
