Job Overview As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals through telemarketing and door-to-door sales. This is a 1099 commission-only position , offering unlimited earning potential for high performers. No prior experience is required --we provide training and support to help you succeed! Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BlueMaple Construction's services, including roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and more. * Perform door-to-door sales in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and build relationships. * Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions for construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects. * Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Requirements * No experience required --we provide full training! * A strong focus on personal development and a never-give-up attitude. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Reliable transportation for door-to-door sales. * Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with uncapped earning potential.
