This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills to expand our client base and enhance market presence. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and sales within the staffing industry. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis specific to staffing services. * Present, promote, and sell staffing solutions to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and marketing, to align sales strategies. * Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business prospects. * Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement in staffing services.
