Elmer's Home Services is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth. You'll be the architect of home comfort, crafting tailored solutions that exceed expectations and build lasting relationships. Each day presents new opportunities and challenges as a Residential HVAC Sales Specialist. You start your day by checking in with dispatch, ensuring your schedule is set for success. As you visit customers, you listen intently to their concerns, assess their HVAC needs, and provide tailored solutions that improve their home comfort. Your expertise allows you to confidently recommend system upgrades and high-value repairs, giving homeowners peace of mind while driving your earnings higher. Throughout the day, you keep detailed records, communicate seamlessly with the team, and refine your sales techniques through ongoing training. * OUR COMPANY Our company has served the Dallas area's HVAC needs for over 25 years.
