Branch Managers Wanted for New-Market Development Opportunities ATC Healthcare Services, a recognized leader in the Healthcare Staffing industry for four decades and a pioneer of the franchised staffing model, is expanding nationwide. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Branch Managers to spearhead the development of three new branch locations in major markets across the U.S. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurial leaders with a proven track record in new office launch and business development to establish and grow a thriving Healthcare Staffing business with the full backing of a proven industry powerhouse. What You'll Do : * Drive aggressive business development, including direct sales initiatives, strategic pricing, skillful negotiation, and seamless implementation of client solutions. * Leverage your experience to establish and grow a successful branch from the ground up. * Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. * Aggressively manage branch activities and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to consistently achieve and exceed targets. What You'll Bring : * Extensive and current business development experience, with a strong emphasis on direct sales. * Proven expertise in pricing strategies, negotiation, and implementation. * Demonstrated managerial skills in hiring, developing, and coaching staff. * A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving performance targets and managing KPIs. * Experience with new-location start-ups and the staffing industry are highly desirable. Experience in the medical field is NOT required.
