Job Description: Crafted Artifacts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to oversee and manage the marketing, sales, and account management functions for our business. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, combining expertise in marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. As the Marketing, Sales, and Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Responsibilities: Sales: * Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that sales goals and targets are met. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and offering suitable products. * Monitor and report on sales performance, suggesting adjustments to meet business objectives. * Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and promote new product offerings. Marketing: * Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales across various platforms (e.g., digital, print, social media). * Create and manage content for the website, social media, and marketing materials. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize customer acquisition. * Collaborate with the team to design promotional campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing initiatives. Account Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring that customers' needs are met and providing ongoing support. * Manage client accounts, including order tracking, inventory updates, and ensuring timely delivery. * Foster long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized services and identifying new opportunities for growth. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage any escalations effectively. Qualifications: * Proven experience in marketing, sales, and account management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and social media platforms. * A background in sales strategy, digital marketing, or customer service is preferred.
