Full description of the position

bva is a well-established information technology services firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are seeking an individual to drive technology sales here in the Valley of Phoenix. This is not limited to Arizona but focused in this region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and a desire to assist clients in optimizing their investment in technology. They will also recognize the value of working in a team environment in a highly driven organization. This position's primary responsibility is to engage small and medium businesses and sell them our Managed Services offerings. Position Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed sales goals * Follow internal proposal process to quote potential customers in a timely manner * High level of proficiency in BVA service offerings * Stay abreast of industry trends and new marketing approaches * Leverage BVA marketing program to drive sales * Create personal marketing campaign to meet sales goals * Maintaining client opportunities inside of the existing CRM systems * High level of client service Knowledge Requires and Skills: * Highly motivated with strong sales drive * Comfortable cold-calling and building sales pipeline from scratch * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Exceptional presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and solution selling skills * Superior organizational skills and precise attention to detail * Professionalism and cooperation in dealing with internal staff, partners and clients * Critical thinking skills for planning and execution Education and Experience: * Minimum one year of sales experience. * Success in selling services to businesses Salary and Compensation/Benefits: * Base Pay - $50k * Potential to earn $75k to $150K first year (salary plus commission) * Employee health benefits paid by company * Retirement savings account with company matching * Paid Time Off * IDLock for Identity Protection * Company Event * Bi-weekly In House Outsources Massages for Employees * Stocked Kitchen * Catered Lunches Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * No nights Work Location: In person
