Full Time San Francisco, CA We have a terrific opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative who wants to join our team! Job Location: San Francisco, CA What Youll Do: Initiate contact with local-regional referral sources (i.e. physicians, endocrinologists, internal medicine facilities) to obtain CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitors) orders Respond to and facilitate intake of patient referrals (including, but not limited to prescriptions, chart notes, insurance demographics, etc.). Follow up with appropriate resources to achieve complete patient file for servicing/billing Review acquired documentation for accuracy and completeness Help referral sources maintain compliance standards for all documents received in accordance with company compliance and HIPAA regulations Maintain individual and departmental goals to achieve successful metrics Maintain individual monthly goal which will be given at the beginning of each month Assist in achieving sales team monthly goals How Youll Stand Out: Previous experience in healthcare field or DME You have established relationships with referral sources Strong opening ability Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Show willingness to provide feedback and be part of a fast-paced environment Self-motivation, ability to achieve goals, and solutions-oriented Strong time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing Compensation: $50,000/year + Commissions We are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a diverse environment.
