JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Principal Indirect Tax Analyst (Property & Sales/Use) Salary Range: $85,500 - $115,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) About the Opportunity: We're hiring a Principal Indirect Tax Analyst to join a collaborative, high-performing tax team. This role blends both strategic and hands-on responsibilities across property and sales/use tax functions, including compliance, research, accounting, and audit support. The team environment is one of trust, shared success, and continuous learning. What You 'll Do: * Tax Compliance & Reporting Prepare and review accurate, timely property and sales/use tax filings. Reconcile tax accounts and manage payment processes in compliance with all applicable deadlines. * Technology & Data-Driven Insights Help advance tax technology capabilities by identifying system enhancements and leveraging data analytics for more efficient and accurate reporting. * Tax Research & Application Analyze laws, rulings, and guidance to support compliance and transaction taxability decisions. Implement regulatory changes as needed. * Tax Accounting & Forecasting Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax accounting and forecasting. Ensure activities align with GAAP, SOX, and internal standards. Recommend and help execute process improvements. * Audit Management Lead or support audit processes from start to resolution. Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders using a data-informed approach. * Strategic Initiatives Participate in planning and research initiatives that contribute to long-term tax strategy and operational improvements.
