Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with customers. Duties * Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Utilize effective communication skills to present product features and benefits. * Employ upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory and promotions to assist customers effectively. * Perform retail math calculations to provide accurate pricing and financing options. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. * Utilize software tools for tracking customer interactions and managing leads. * Participate in outside sales activities, including community events and trade shows, to promote dealership offerings. Experience * Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable. * Familiarity with retail math principles is beneficial for pricing and financing discussions. * Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers. * Experience in upselling products or services is a plus. * Knowledge of sales management practices will be advantageous. * Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer management is preferred.
