Requirements * Active P&C insurance license required. * Proven success in insurance sales or similar professional sales experience. * Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused. * Comfortable with prospecting and outbound lead generation.
