Job Title: Field Representative - Exterior Restoration Sales Company Overview: We are a growing roofing company dedicated to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on door-to-door canvassing and referrals, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to start a career in sales. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience isn't required--just drive, motivation, and a passion for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities: * Door-to-Door Canvassing: * Engage with potential customers in various neighborhoods, promoting our roofing services through direct, face-to-face interactions. * Lead Generation & Sales: * Identify and qualify leads, turning prospects into satisfied customers. * Follow up on referrals and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business. * Customer Engagement: * Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address customer questions or concerns. * Self-Management: * Organize daily schedules and set personal sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales using our provided tools. * Team Collaboration: * Work closely with the sales team and management to refine strategies and share insights. * Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to continually improve your skills.
