Join Our Team at StretchLab Castro! We are looking for a Sales Lead to be part of the opening team for this NEW fitness & wellness studio. StretchLab Castro is opening in summer 2025 and we are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to oversee membership growth. You will be the driving force behind our presale efforts, dedicating 90% of your time on community outreach, hosting pop-ups and events, engaging with prospective members, and closing sales. The remaining 10% will focus on training, team building and studio operations in preparation of opening. This is a pivotal position with room for growth. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has over 350+ locations open worldwide with vast growth. POSITION: * The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 90% sales and 10% studio operations. REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of sales experience or membership sales preferred. Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. An affinity and passion for fitness. Solid writing and grammar skills. Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. Proficiency with computers and Studio software. DUTIES Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking with businesses Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Independently make decisions related to high level customer service Run pop-ups and community outreach Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: This position offers competitive base pay + commission; based on experience & performance Opportunity to bonus, based on performance Growth potential within the company We're an at-will employer, which means that while we hope it's a great long- term fit, either you or StretchLab Castro can end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with California law.
