Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently * Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion * Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on * Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities * Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Qualifications: * Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease * Decisive and proactive in the sales process * Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities * Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus * A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale * A valid Texas Real Estate License is required About Company The Amanda Bell Realty Group is local to DFW, TX.
