Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process to ensure a positive experience. Duties * Actively engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized inventory management system to track available vehicles and sales. * Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate professionally with clients over the phone. * Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field. * Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients. * Experience in cold calling and outside sales techniques is highly desirable. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. * Knowledge of inventory management practices is beneficial. * Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the dealership. * Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software is preferred. * A passion for cars and an eagerness to learn about new models and features.
