Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Work with customers within a retail environment assisting them in their product selection and service needs * Develop expertise in product offerings to effectively educate customers, address their needs, and confidently overcome objections. * Engage with customers daily, ensuring a professional, respectful, and positive experience at all times. * Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate and successful completion of every transaction. * Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that align with customer needs and preferences. * Document all customer interactions to provide accurate updates to clients and ensure seamless follow-up. * Collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Associates, offering support and assistance when needed to achieve team goals.
