Job Title: Sales Support Specialist Location: Santa Ana, CA 92704 Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Temp-to-Hire Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, onsite position plays a key role in supporting our ecommerce operations and sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Plus, and Sage 100, ensuring seamless order management and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Seller Central Operations: * Manage and process FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders, ensuring accurate inventory control and shipment tracking. * Handle customer returns and refunds in a timely and professional manner. Data Entry & Order Management: * Accurately enter and update ecommerce sales orders in Sage 100, maintaining consistency across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus platforms. * Ensure timely order processing, confirmations, tracking updates, and effective communication with customers. * Support the Inside Sales team with basic order entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Customer Service Support: * Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. * Resolve issues related to orders, products, or payments while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. * Work closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to coordinate stock availability and timely order fulfillment. Requirements & Skills: Experience: * Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar ecommerce platforms is a plus. * Previous experience with ERP systems (preferably Sage 100) and/or inventory management systems is highly desirable. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. * Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and customer feedback.
