As aHybrid-Remote Insurance Sales Representative , your primary focus will be selling auto insurance while exploring opportunities to cross-sell additional products, including renters, home, condo, rental property, umbrella, earthquake, and life insurance. This role offers a competitive salary ran of $41,500-$45,000 , plus commission opportunities and a hybrid work option. Requirements * Must have an active Property and Casualty License or willing to obtain one before starting. * Licensing reimbursement available. * Self-driven, assertive, and motivated to succeed. * Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. * Patient, customer-focused, and willing to provide exceptional service. * Comfortable handling rejection and consistently asking for the sale. * Strong knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain coverage details clearly.
