The Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving the Pacific Southwest, Central & Inland California is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Business Enhancement to spearhead our outreach and partnership efforts in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of the BBB, empowering local businesses to thrive by embracing integrity and leveraging the power of BBB Accreditation. Your Impact: Imagine being the catalyst that transforms businesses by connecting them with the trust and resources they need to succeed. As our Director of Business Enhancement, you'll: * Become a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with community leaders and business owners, educating them on the value of BBB Accreditation through engaging presentations, events, and networking. * Champion Ethical Businesses: Foster partnerships with existing BBB Accredited Businesses, showcasing the advantages of accreditation and co-branded marketing initiatives that elevate their brand and drive customer loyalty. * Drive Revenue Through Strategic Marketing: Leverage your sales expertise to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, offering traditional and digital advertising solutions designed to boost visibility and customer acquisition for Accredited Businesses. * Lead with Vision and Purpose: Set ambitious goals, attend relevant meetings, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, all while upholding the BBB's mission of advancing marketplace trust. * Measure, Analyze, and Optimize: Continuously evaluate and adapt your strategies to ensure you're exceeding sales targets and contributing to the organization's overall growth.
