We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of residential and commercial property improvement and repair solutions, and a passion for helping customers find the right services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and closing sales to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of maintenance, repair, and installation services. * Provide consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups. * Prepare and present service quotes, contracts, and agreements. * Coordinate with the handyman team to schedule and manage service appointments. * Stay informed about industry trends, services, and company policies. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner. Qualifications & Skills: * Previous sales experience, preferably in residential and commercial improvement and maintatance services. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to understand and explain all services and solutions. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. * Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. * Flexibility to work weekends as needed on occasion.
