Now Hiring: Loss Mitigation Advocate - High-Earning Sales Role Location: Santa Ana, CA (On-Site) Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure Earning Potential) Are you a sales-driven professional with strong outbound phone skills looking for a high-income opportunity? The National Foreclosure Defense Advocates (NFDA) is seeking Loss Mitigation Advocates to help homeowners fight foreclosure while building a lucrative career in a recession-proof industry. This is a fast-paced sales role requiring heavy outbound phone work to engage with homeowners in distress, explain their options, and close deals on loss mitigation services. What You 'll Do: * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners facing foreclosure. * Consult with clients, explain loss mitigation solutions, and close deals. * Work exclusively with pre-qualified leads --no cold calling. * Collaborate with attorneys, mortgage professionals, and case managers. * Educate homeowners on foreclosure alternatives and financial recovery options.
