We're looking for a Lead Sales Associate to take ownership of the front desk, support our sales team, and help cultivate a vibrant, high-performing studio environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience * Deliver an exceptional first impression and provide ongoing high-level support to every client * Drive membership and retail sales through thoughtful consultation and relationship-building * Use ClubReady to manage client accounts, track key metrics, and follow up with leads * Proactively resolve member issues and support retention through outreach and service Leadership & Training * Lead, coach, and support Sales Associates with confidence and empathy * Create a motivating, accountable front desk culture rooted in professionalism and positivity * Serve as the go-to resource during shifts and support team-wide communication Operations & Inventory * Oversee daily front desk and retail area operations with efficiency and attention to detail * Maintain studio cleanliness, restock supplies, and manage visual merchandising * Process and track sales, support inventory reporting, and assist in quarterly counts * Monitor and confirm staff hours for payroll submission Studio Engagement & Events * Collaborate with the Regional General Manager to support events and campaigns * Coordinate quarterly community outreach and pop-ups to attract new members * Manage communication boards, weekly member lists, and special touchpoints like postcards * Ensure seamless execution of Open House weekends and studio events Commission & Bonus Structure Sales Commission * 10% on 4-Class, 8-Class, Pure Start, and Lifestyle Memberships * 5% on Annual Paid-in-Full Lifestyle Memberships * 2% on Class Packs Commission applies to first-time recurring membership sales only.
