Certified Top Workplaces- 5 years running! Compensation Range: 95,000-110,000 annually depending on experience. Purpose: The Senior Manager of Off-Premise Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share in catering sales, takeout sales, and third-party delivery partnerships. This role involves overseeing sales operations, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring our offerings exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for off-premise dining experiences. Job Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive off-premise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for catering, takeout, and third-party sales. * Oversee all aspects of catering sales, from menu development to client relationship management, ensuring successful execution of events. * Manage and enhance relationships with third-party delivery services to optimize sales opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that effectively promote off-premise sales offerings. * Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in off-premise sales. * Train and mentor the off-premise sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback and support. * Monitor sales performance against targets, conduct regular reporting, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts. * Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to ensure quality and timely fulfillment of off-premise orders. * Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. * Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Proven track record of successful off-premise sales growth, including catering and takeout. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. * Proficiency in 3rd party vendor dashboards, OLO or like software dashboards, ezCater and using sales analytics tools and CRM software. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Very organized with a strong attention to detail. * Ability to work fast and multi-task. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. * Experience or passion for restaurants and hospitality * Proof of eligibility to work in the United States * 21+years of age Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
