company Description Our Retail Store team members promote and support the Red Wing Shoe Store by selling our image of high quality, large selection, and conscientious customer service to each retail customer, striving to make a loyal customer. Description Hourly Range: $13 per hour. Plus commission 15-40 hours per week, flexible * Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling. * Enter customer information and sales into POS System, process payments, balance cash drawer and daily reporting * Measure and fit every customer properly * Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. * Practice industrial sales lead development on the fitting stool Qualifications * Must be available to work weekends. * Must have flexible work hours. * Results oriented * Effective Written/Verbal Communication * Computer Utilization PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Lifting 50 pounds, bending lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder. * Store maintenance duties including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows and setting up and maintaining displays Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Day shift * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
