Job Overview: In a Real Estate Agent role, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. A trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process. CapCenter is a service company in a sales industry- there is no cold calling. 80% of company leadership and 100% of our operational managers started in production roles. You will work in a dynamic team environment of other mortgage, real estate, and insurance professionals. 1/3rd of our team carries multiple licenses and are cross trained across multiple industries as we build out multi-tool professionals. Analytical skills are necessary as the agent will develop valuation and negotiating competencies.
