Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through various channels to generate leads and drive sales. * Conduct direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales progress. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for upselling existing clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills. Skills * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing leads and customer interactions. * Strong lead generation skills with a proven track record in direct sales. * Excellent negotiation abilities that lead to successful deal closures. * Experience in business development and inside sales is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * A proactive approach to upselling products and services to existing customers. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
