About You: We're seeking someone who: * Has a charismatic personality with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. * Is passionate about helping people and exceeding expectations. * Is well-organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls and talking to new people. * Has exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). * Has sales experience in insurance (preferred but not required). * Has customer service experience (a plus!). * Is bilingual in Spanish (a plus!). * Possesses a P &C or Personal Lines license - or is willing to obtain it within 30 days (we'll provide training and help you get licensed!). What You 'll Do: * Provide auto insurance quotes using Veronica's comparative rater. * Offer and sell our unique menu of personal lines products using a consultative sales approach. * Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients. * Identify cross-selling opportunities and close other lines of insurance. * Collaborate with a supportive team to exceed individual, team, and company goals. * Follow up daily with quoted customers to ensure their needs are met.
