Company Description On-Site $25-30/hr DOE contract term Bilingual must (speaking Korean and English) * Job Description * Prepare and process shipping documents for export/import transactions * Plan, coordinate, and execute activities to ensure the availability of commodities and raw materials * Manage inventory, materials movement, and order fulfillment in coordination with logistics, operations, customer service, and purchasing teams * Maintain and update inventory and materials movement records in the database/ERP system * Process all procedures of purchase, sales and expenses * Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventories * Monitor and manage credit limits for buyers, ensuring compliance with company policies * Draft L/C applications and manage related trade documents * Assist in monthly closing activities * Perform other related work as assigned * Travel up to 1-3 times a year * Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Korean * Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP ECC 6.0) is preferred * Relevant work experience preferred but not required * Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
