Accountable, can plan and execute as agreed on time and within budget, must be efficient with time management, prioritization, and execution. Here Is What You'll Do. * Prospecting and Lead Generation for new referral relationships as to meet weekly and annual bookings goals. * Tracking of these daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goal activities in CRM. * Manage all new leads for business: Design/Build, Landscape Maintenance and Snow. * Managing flow of leads, opportunities, executing deliverables through other designers and account managers to the company standards. * Driving and executing sales with an annual goal of $1-2Million. All bookings when working with another team associates such as designer or account manager will be a 50/50 split on bookings dollars towards the commission structure. * Extreme organization and follow through on the sales administrative processes throughout the sales cycle per the standard divisional documentation standards and process set forth by the company. * Maintaining accurate notes and updates on leads/opportunities progress daily/weekly in CRM * Culture Building - Responsible for contributing to positive team morale. Monitor sales staff needs and enthusiastically lead the team to achieve the corporate goals. Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promote the company culture and values. * Monitor and improve the comprehensive standard sales process and sales training program for the company. * Monitor, analyze, and improve the sales cycle, turnaround time and remove obstacles in the sales process. * Operational Systems Development. Develop strategic and tactical sales plans for the company. Determine how to effectively increase revenues, profitability and grow the business in our market. Follow through and maintain the company's systems/infrastructure to provide the most important use of time and efficiency through our processes. * Works with the Visionary on branding and marketing plans, developing new initiatives and executing ideas. * Resolve any AR issues within 15 days to ensure all payments are received within 30 days. * Manages personal, business and community relationships with the intention of developing sales bookings. * Responsible for answering questions to customers that relate to various topics of the industry standards. * Follows the standard close out process on all projects and sales on assigned projects. * Involved in at least one outside community organizations with monthly involvement to promote the company Company Wide Standards. Are You The Right Fit? * Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University and 5+ years' experience in a small business setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 5+ of sales experience, with a preferred background in landscape/hardscape, architecture, or residential real estate and construction. * Commitment to ongoing self-improvement and learning, desire to grow and goal oriented. * Experience in a job that thrived on customer service and the customer experience.
