Metal Works' mission is to be the most sophisticated supplier of custom precision sheet metal products and related services for low to mid-range volume product in the region. We will attain this mission by providing vertically integrated solutions using project management, added value, and advanced materials planning. Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive revenue growth in defined target markets/customers by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position will focus on building and keeping a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets, as well as developing, maintaining, and deepening relationships in key strategic accounts. Responsibilities: * Grow revenue of a customer base through proactive sales activities * Develop long lasting relationships with key decision makers * Achieve and exceed set revenue goals * Ability to collaboratively work with various departments * Proven sales track record in sheet metal manufacturing or related field * Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external employees/customers * Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. * Promotes products and services through sales presentations, trade shows and customer visits. * Quotes prices, credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. * Prepares and submits reports of weekly activity report, results and business expenses. * Handles customer issues and concerns, referring more complex technical issues to management. * Responsible for the quality and adequacy of own work.
