We are prioritizing candidates who are located within close proximity to Chicago, Milwaukee, NYC, and Palm Beach. _ This role offers a _base salary plus commission structure. Our platform offers best-in-class strategic guidance, product planning, trust and fund services, legal support, operations support, marketing and research, and sales and distribution services. * About the role We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel activity through outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced lead- gen candidate who is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with marketing and sales enablement tools. This role involves curating high-value target audiences and developing corresponding outreach databases and lead-generation programs to attract and convert quality prospects. Qualifications * 5-8 Years of Lead Gen experience * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related industry * ETF & Investment Industry Knowledge: Foundational understanding of ETFs and asset management * CRM Systems: Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce * LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Experienced user * Lead Generation Technology: Familiarity with the latest SaaS tools used for outbound marketing and sales enablement * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH) * Experience cleaning, organizing, and analyzing datasets to extract insights * Able to create and format basic PowerPoint presentations with charts/visuals * Comfortable tracking performance metrics and reporting on lead generation effectiveness _ This role offers a _base salary plus commission structure. * We are prioritizing candidates who are located within close proximity to Chicago, Milwaukee, NYC, and Palm Beach. * The pay range for this role is:* 85,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Remote (Chicago, Illinois, US)) 85,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Remote (Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US)) 85,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Remote (West Palm Beach, Florida, US)) 85,000 - 125,000 USD per year(Remote (New York, New York, US))Tidal Financial Group
