Job Summary: Storm ReNU is hiring outside sales representatives. We are an exterior construction company focussed primarily on Roofing, Siding, Gutters and Window replacements. Projects are covered through homeowners insurance claims due to hail and wind damage. Making the sales process easier than other sales positions. No Hard Closing or Forced Sales. We are looking for sales people that want to be rewarded for their efforts: car sales, service industry, retail and call centers. Pay is very competitive, up to 50% of gross profit on all sales. Sales personnel make $80-125k in their 1st year + have a flexible schedule. Top reps in their 2nd year make $150-250K plus per year and have winter off. This is a 1099, commission only position, and we offer monthly draws to smooth out earnings - but those that view the position as their own business are more successful. Some construction experience is ideal but not necessary - we have had several reps jump from other industries and find immediate success. This is a contact sport and those that are successful are out-going and willing to start conversations. We provide training both in-office and in the field. Work is located throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. No out of town work, some weekends as required by the customer. Applicants must have a driver's license and personal vehicle; is required.
