Responsibilities: * Primarily receive incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries - provide a welcoming and warm introduction, listen to our customers needs, and assist in executing a solution. * Develop additional leads by understanding customer's insurance needs and effectively communicating other insurance solutions. If you have a strong desire to manage "the front face" of the office, help customers, and earn additional income through commissions and bonuses - please submit your application! State Farm agents hire their own employees and are responsible for all training and licensing requirements for State Farm agent team members.
