Burgess & Niple is looking for a Senior PM & Business Development Leader to join our team in Jacksonville. B &N Senior PM & Business Development Leader Responsibilities: * Serve as client manager, senior project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for selected clients/projects in the Jacksonville region * Work with leadership to develop a plan for expanding our client base or service offerings with existing clients and winning new work in the Jacksonville region * Train, coach, and mentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects * Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience * Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients * Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or equivalent engineering program * Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida; or ability to register through reciprocity * 15+ years of related water wastewater experience * Strong client management and project management skills * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro * Experience with Design-Build project delivery method a plus * Experience with design delivery using the Revit platform a plus OUR BENEFITS * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Immediate accrued paid time off * Paid Parental Leave * 401(k) with match and no vesting schedule * Flexible spending or health savings account options * Basic life insurance/short-term & long-term disability coverage at no cost to the employee with option to purchase supplemental life insurance * Bonus program * Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule options * Tuition assistance * Professional development opportunities * Casual dress WHY B &N?
