What We Look For In The Frontier Account Manager Trainee Role? * Professional, consultative approach to client presentations and proposals to up sell products and services * Ability to speak passionately about telecommunications services and products * Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks * Adapt to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities and work with a variety of situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needs We Are Looking For Someone With: * A High School diploma or equivalency; a degree in Business is a plus * Prior exposure to sales, telecommunications, account management, or client service is ideal * Reliable transportation to the office daily * Ability to work full-time Daily Tasks & Responsibilities As A Frontier Account Manager Trainee: * Handle customer concerns by listening to their grievance, addressing any arising problems, and coming up with the appropriate resolutions * Educating potential customers on the benefits of Verizon's services with personalized proposals based on their needs * Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to our services goes as seamlessly as possible * Participate in weekly operations meetings with Managers and fellow Client Sales Associates to communicate sales or market trends and address new technology or promotions * Adhere to, and enforce all sales policies, practices, and procedures * Build and maintain client relationships for long-term satisfaction and repeat business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $59,918.00 - $65,379.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
