Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with clients, managing accounts, and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, including cold calling and territory management, to effectively analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities * Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services. * Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing clients to build relationships and drive revenue. * Perform cold calling to identify new leads and opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and achieve targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Proven experience in direct sales, outside sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Familiarity with account management practices and territory sales strategies. * Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
