The Retail Associate position will also maintain a well stocked, organized store, and understand all of the products offered to guide customers toward the best possible shopping experience. Retail Associate Responsibilities: * Develop an understanding of Frontier's internet and devices, service plans, and bundled options to provide accurate, tailored recommendations to customers * Proactively interact with customers in the retail environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise while confidently addressing questions and concerns * Apply negotiation skills and collaborate with top-performing teammates to exceed sales goals * Stay ahead of trends by analyzing what customers are seeking, customer needs, and the competitive pricing of products * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop retail strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales Retail Associate Qualifications: * Experienceincustomer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or any role in a plus * Reliable transportation is necessary for this in-person role * A customer-first mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities * Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills * A natural ability to engage, persuade, and earn customer trust * Ability to handle basic math for cash handling in a plus Benefits of Joining the Retail Associate Team: * A collaborative, team-oriented culture where your contributions are valued * Competitive compensation, with hourly pay * Retail and telecommunications training and professional development to set you up for success Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
