For more info and inspiration visit [please apply online] About this Position This is a great opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing company in the machinery manufacturing industry for the glazing business. The ideal candidate we are seeking is a highly motivated self- starter with a competitive nature, possess a strong background in sales with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. You thrive off joining the revolution to eliminate accidents and improving productivity of glazing projects in construction sites and to be part of a business culture that's fast, ready to execute, honest and innovative. This is a home-based role, and you will be provided with a Mercedes Sprinter van, laptop, phone, and everything else you'll need to be successful. This position reports to the Country Manager in Omaha, Nebraska. Travel up to 1 week per month is expected, mostly domestic. Role *Key Responsibilities & Tasks * Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. * Visit clients and prospects in your designated territory. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight technical specifications. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM (HubSpot). * Utilize your technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits clearly. * Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in technical fields. Your Profile Your Education & Work Experience * Min. 2 years working experience in the glass and glazing or construction industry (preferred). * Min. 3 years' experience in technical sales, particularly in demonstrating product features and conducting product demos. * Proficiency in account management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Proficiency in MS Office 365 suite and CRM systems (HubSpot) Your Skills & Personality Characteristics * Strong customer service skills, focused on solving problems effectively. * Efficiency in business development tasks, resulting in best possible performance. * Driven and self-motivated with a positive team player mindset. * Proven ability to organize high volume of daily tasks and responsibilities. * Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
