Position Overview Busy State Farm agency located in Mechanicsville is seeking an experienced, P&C licensed customer SERVICE representative to join our team. Salary commensurate with experience. This position is perfect for someone that appreciates a fast-paced environment helping others but not the pressure of sales. There are bonuses available for leads referred to the Sales Team, but this is not the focus of this position. Responsibilities * Exceed our customer's expectations with First Class customer service. * This position is responsible for working with customers on payments, billing inquiries, claim submissions, policy changes and general service work.
