                Full description of the position
As a Territory Sales Manager at Verder, you will be at the forefront of enabling progress by promoting our range of pump solutions, including peristaltic, diaphragm, and hygienic pumps. You will be responsible for managing sales activities within your designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. These are the requirements typically associated with this position: * Proven experience in industrial sales required * Strong background in industrial pump sales strongly preferred * Expertise in peristaltic pumps, diaphragm pumps, and/or hygienic pumps a plus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Willingness to travel within the designated territory Typical job responsibilities include the following: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory * Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding pump solutions * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations * Monitor market trends and competitor activities * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project execution Retirement Account with company match.Verder International B.V.
