Job Description Farmers Insurance is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded individual to become the next Farmers Agent in Blaine, Minnesota the "Lutefisk Capital of the USA." Market and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products. Provide consultative solutions to meet clients' individual insurance needs. Network within the community to build lasting relationships. Recruit, train, and manage a small team (optional). Oversee day-to-day operations of your office. Requirements Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to own and grow a business. Comfortable networking and connecting with people in the community. Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required). Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
