Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field * B2C Sales Experience * Proven track record in meeting sales targets. * Strong decision-making abilities * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and services. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems Physical Demands: * Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the * May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run * May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time * May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Pay Transparency: The commission pay opportunity for this role ranges from$100k-$225k. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
