If so, joining our dynamic team at Nutanix will provide you with the opportunity to lead innovative strategies, build meaningful partnerships, and contribute to our continued growth in a supportive, servant-led environment. * About the Team The Alliances Sales team at Nutanix is a dynamic group focused on establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key OEMs and allies to drive growth and innovation within the organization. Located primarily on the West Coast of the United States, the team prides itself on fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture that encourages creativity and flexibility. With a mission to enhance the company's market presence and amplify value propositions through alliances, the team is dedicated to building strong relationships that lead to mutual success. You will report to the Senior Director of Alliances Sales, who adopts a servant leadership style, emphasizing support and resource allocation for team members. The work setup is remote, providing flexibility for team members to collaborate effectively while allowing for individual autonomy. There are no requirements for in-office days, so the new hire can operate fully from a remote location. This role requires around 50% travel, allowing for face-to-face engagement with partners, attendance at industry events, and collaboration with internal teams. The travel is essential for building and maintaining relationships, as well as for ensuring alignment with Nutanix's strategic objectives. * Your Role * Develop and implement strategic plans to build pipeline and drive growth through alliances and OEM partnerships. * Manage relationships with existing OEMs and alliance partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives. * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance joint value propositions and coordinate efforts across sales and marketing. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth within the ecosystem. * Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. * Execute regular opportunity reviews and forecasting to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. * Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed for success. * Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and revenue growth. * What You Will Bring * 10+ years of experience in OEM and Alliance sales, with a senior management background. * Strong knowledge of operating within a partner ecosystem and technology sales acumen. * Proficiency in compute and storage technologies. * Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills. * Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to partnership development. * Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and servant leadership. * Work Arrangement Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 245,680 and USD $ 368,520 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
