About the team Mind Company's mission is to build non-invasive neural interfaces - that is, enabling a communication layer between humans and other humans or computers, directly using thoughts. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who will drive the growth of our groundbreaking neuro-tech solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of introducing our innovative products to new markets and nurturing lasting client relationships. Your efforts will play a crucial part in accelerating our mission to transform AI in healthcare settings. In This Role, You Will: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. * Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in industries such as tech, healthcare, and research institutions. * Present complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner, translating the value of AI and machine learning applications into business outcomes. * Collaborate with our Research and Hardware Engineering teams to understand product innovations and provide customer feedback for continuous improvement. * Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing deals and post-sale support. * Represent Mind Company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building a strong network and enhancing our brand presence. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. We 're Looking for Candidates With: * 2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally with exposure to AI, machine learning, or high-tech hardware products. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * A proactive, self-starting attitude with a passion for innovation and a keen interest in the intersection of neuroscience and technology. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, start-up environment. * Strong networking skills and the ability to forge meaningful partnerships with diverse stakeholders. About Mind Company Mind Company is 6-person neuro-tech startup with the mission of building noninvasive neural interfaces. We build our own hardware systems which measure brain data, collect proprietary training datasets, and train useful ML models.
