New team members will help homeowners transition to solar power, assisting with everything from initial consultations to the final installation process. Genesis Solar Power offers the best training program in the industry, turning novices into proficient consultants within 5-10 days. Our training covers essential solar power knowledge, system design, and customer service, ensuring you are fully prepared to meet the needs of our clients. Compensation & Benefits: - Potential base pay plus a lucrative commission structure. - M1 commission pay - Commissions on completed installations (average earnings of $3,000-5,000 per project). - Monthly and annual performance bonuses. - Annual company trip for top performers. Qualifications: - Comfortable engaging directly with customers. - Able to conduct onsite assessments which may include climbing ladders if necessary. - Reliable transportation required. - Independent, self-disciplined, and adept at time management. - Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. - Ability to generate leads independently, in addition to managing company- provided leads. - Must possess a smartphone capable of taking pictures/videos during site evaluations. Responsibilities & Duties: - Conducting in-depth home solar assessments. - Educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and the installation process post-assessment. - Preparing detailed estimates and designing solar power systems based on home evaluations. - Marketing and lead generation for new prospects.
